For example, if they have drinking problems, then they should stop drinking, because drug and alcohol can be the cause of their depression. They have to exercise regurly, they can try going to therapy if the symptom gets worse. Learning how to be relax and not stress all the time is important too. And keeping good diet and sleep regularly. These just doesn’t work out, you hav to be willing to help yourself.

Women are more easy to be depress than men does. Some women are depress after giving birth to a child. Children and teenegers seems to be mostly effected by it. Some of the depressions run down from the family line, but some are just coming from too much stress from work, or it may be because something bad happen to them. Like a tragety in their life.
Counseling may help the victim through times of grief, stress, or low mood. Family therapy may be particularly important for teens who feel like they don’t fit in with everybody else. Medications and psychiatric counseling may prevent depression from returning. Some episodes of depression are not preventable. You just have to work with what you got.
